Is it appropriate to wear sunglasses while giving a presentation?


I want the theme of my chemistry presentation to be that "chemistry is cool". I would add to achieving this effect by wearing sunglasses while presenting. Would my professor approve of this, or would I possibly be marked down for being too "showy" or something?

AndrewB 		Hmm... I think you should try to get to class early and ask your professor before you present if it would be alright. Honestly, if he/she says no then they probably need to lighten up (in my opinion). If I were you though, I wouldn't just wear them without discussing it beforehand, otherwise you risk making a bad impression.
