Unfortunately, Windows 7 does not come bundled with the Microsoft Office suite. They've always charged extra for it, and it is pretty expensive. If I were you, I would save some money and download OpenOffice. It's free and has programs just like the ones you get with Office (Writer = Word, Calc = Excel, Impress = PowerPoint, etc.)

Windows 7 doesn't include Powerpoint. You have to buy Microsoft Office for that. Like the guy above me said, try OpenOffice. It's free, and it's pretty much the same.

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ...) does not come with Microsoft Windows 7. Some computer manufacturers have deals with Microsoft to offer a free trial copy of Office that expires after 25 uses (of all Office programs combined) or 60 days, and Office 2010 now has a very stripped-down Starter Edition (intended to replace Microsoft Works, I've heard), but that's the extent of free Office copies with Windows.

Sorry.

there is enough help there to walk you thru the usage.

There might be a free trial here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/try/

It probably will only work for a few days or so, but you can do your project with that.
