How do I remove a hyperlink?


In PowerPoint 2007, I have a number of URLs in the presentation I'm making. Whenever I copy them from my browser and paste them in my slides, they are hyperlinks. How can I remove the hyperlink and just make it a standard text URL? I thought you could do this in Word by right-clicking on the hyperlink, but that doesn't seem to work in PowerPoint.

AriB12 		First, highlight the hyperlink. Then, go to Insert > Links > Hyperlink > Remove Link. To be honest though, if at all possible I think you should leave the hyperlink there just in case you or somebody else wants to click on it and save the trouble of having to copy and paste the URL.
