Does anyone else find themselves making hand gestures while giving presentations?


I've realized, over the course of earning my degree in communications and public speaking, that whenever I give a presentation during which I am not holding anything, my hands and arms move all over the place as I attempt to visualize concepts with gestures.

Nick124 		Yes, I do this exact same thing as well when I'm having casual conversations with people. I've never had to to a presentation where I wasn't allowed to use notes so I'm not sure if I would do it while giving a presentation, but my guess is that I probably would (since it's pretty much involuntary for me).
