Are there any other options to create presentations?


I guess my question was kind of ambiguous. What I meant by "other options" was other software (other than PowerPoint and OpenOffice) to create digital presentations. More specifically, I'd like to create a presentation that would be available for anyone to view in their web browser without downloading any software.

powerpointGuru 		Yes; in fact, I've found a list of sites for you that do just what you want: http://cooltoolsforschools.wikispaces.com/Presentation+Tools To be honest though, I would just upload presentations to Google Docs, since that would be the most reliable method.
