How do I create and save a new master page?


My friend was telling me the other day about how the master pages he creates in OpenOffice Impress are never saved for future use. I would like to both know how to save them as well as create them, as I would find it very useful for the various presentations I create.

AndrewB 		Go to View > Master > Slide Master. Then, rename it if you want by right-clicking it on the left. Next, go to Format > Page and change whatever settings you want. Finally, go to View > Normal to switch back to the normal view. To keep the master page, apply it to at least one of your slides and go to File > Templates > Save.
