I have a PowerPoint presentation to do for my medical class but I dont know how to use PowerPoint other than I have PowerPoint 2007 on my computer. I know the very basics like I need to have some bullet text and some images> can someone explain the basics for me please? Also, please tell me where I can find the text and images for my PowerPoint presentation. Everyone in my class have such nice presentations but I dont know where they get the details from.

Here is a tutorial from the Microsoft Website. This should be more detailed than what any of us can provide here.

It's hard to explain step by step here. You start with the very basics, like a simple slide. When you open PowerPoint it will start with two boxes. The top Box you should enter your slide title, or the title of your presentation for your medical presentation topic. The next box, you enter details like your name, date and whatever you want to put on your first slide. There should be a button that says "New Slide", click it and you will get a nother slide with the two boxes. Again, use the top box as a title, and the second box will hold more text. Keep doing this until you are satisfied you have everything you want on your presentation. I recommend you go on Microsoft's website for step by step tutorial, or search on youtube for "PowerPoint tutorial".

Hope that helps. Good luck!

You can email me for more info, if you need to
