Is Microsoft OneNote or notebook still available as part of the Office Suite?

My previous version of Office (Office 2003) had Access, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher and Word. I got 2007 Office installed and I see InfoPath and there is no OneNote. The 2003 version of oneNote does not work with the OneNote capacity I have on my skyDrive so now I am concerned why I didn't see OneNote in the office 2007 suite.
